To deliver maximum value, it is a full day - kicking off at 8.30am and finishing at 5.30pm. This provides the opportunity to explore all issues and ideas fully and come up with an action plan, as tangible output, from the day.
Ahead of the focus day, 360 will spend an hour with relevant partners and managers running through where the firm is currently. An overview of the last three years financials would be particularly useful. From those meetings four or five areas will be agreed upon to address at the day.
The agenda for the day will be as follows.
8.30 - Welcome and Introductions
9.00 - Review of Your Company 'Today'
9.30 - Overview of Areas to be considered during the Day and some
market examples of these (The Good, The Bad and The Ugly)
10.30 - BREAK
10.45 - Each of the Partners will produce three ideas per area, working
individually
12.30 - LUNCH
13.30 - A facilitated review of each of the ideas using SMART objectives
(Specific, Measurable, Aligned, Realistic/Relevant, and Time-bound)
- the best 5 of each will be carried through
15.30 - BREAK
15.45 - Development of Action Plan, broken into:
(i) Quick Wins (0-3 months);
(ii) Value Drivers (3-6 months); and
(iii) Value Adders (6-12 months)
17.15 - Summary and Review of Achievements of the Day
17.30 - Close
As 'brain-storming' suits only strong personalities and generally suppresses creativity, it is better to work on facilitated review of individually generated ideas, then ideas will come from a diversity of personality traits.
At the end of the day, the firm will have a high-level but focused annual action plan as output.
The price for the whole exercise will be £1,500 plus VAT and this will cover both the pre-meeting and the partnership focus day.
