Client Service In-House Workshop

Our Client Service Workshop helps you and your staff identify what can be done (often at little or no expense) to improve Client Service.

The activity takes the form of a Workshop; an interactive, guided discussion, to draw all staff into the issues and help them feel committed to the conclusions. Each session ends with agreed actions to be taken to gain an immediate, tangible improvement in Client Service. Changes in behaviour are only worthwhile if you can measure and monitor Client Service levels so this issue is included.

Logistics
A brief will be taken to understand your firm’s own particular objectives and culture so that the workshop can be tailored to your own needs.

The workshop runs for 3 hours with all staff present (we recommend that groups of no more than 20 are ideal and so we will sometimes need to run the workshop more than once to capture all of your staff)

Cost

A 3 hour workshop will cost £750 plus vat and travel to include all planning, delivery and CPD accreditation.
