What does this mean?
Get Work
360 Legal Group has created a portal website to deliver workflow to our members. The first exclusive arrangement is with IFA group, Positive Solutions. They have a 1700 strong IFA group that will be offering legal services through our portal. As a paying member of the group you will be entitled to receive these new introductions.
We have a series of other workflow opportunities to present to our members and these will be introduced in a series of road shows.
Reduce Costs
As part of your on-going membership we have teamed up with a national organisation that will audit your current expenditure and reduce your overall costs by group purchasing. We are also working with several other key suppliers of legal services to assist in the very important task of reducing your overheads.
Restructure
We have helped many of our members to either grow by acquisition, merge into larger practices or maximise what they already have to become merger ready.
There is significant interest in private equity funding and law firms are preparing to restructure their practices to take advantage of the opportunity Alternative Business Structures present.
